Troubleshooting Steps:-

1. If you see that the lights or the static shock doesn’t work, please kindly replace the battery inside in the device with a fresh one MODEL 4LR44.
2. If the level of the shock is not strong enough for your dog, please increase the intensity by pressing the “+” button on the device.
3. If you notice that the collar is still ineffective on your dog after “maximum” intensity, it is highly likely that the probes are not long enough and that they are not touching the skin of your dog correctly. Please kindly check that and switch to longer metal probes.
4. If the collar doesn’t respond to barking or noise even after changing to a new battery, switch the position of the device to some other part of the dog and make sure that the metal probes are touching the dog’s skin.
