Product Description
Our dog training whistle can be an effective tool for teaching your dog to follow your commands, such as calling him to you, sitting, bark control or going in a new direction.
Dogs are like humans however, in that not every dog can or will respond to the same frequency or even a whistle at all. At Mr. Peanut’s we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so try the whistle out on your dog, and if for any reason you are not satisfied then simply return for a refund.
This whistle can produce a self-adjustable ultrasonic sound pitch that is easy for dogs to hear, and fairly silent for the human range of hearing. It does take a little time, patience and practice, but most dogs will respond and learn to obey you through various whistle commands.
Instructions:
1 – Adjust the pitch & blow the whistle to your dog. Even dogs can′t hear all frequencies. Wait until they are asleep and gently blow on the whistle. Your whistle has a nut and screw that adjusts the frequency when turned. Continue testing until your dog perks up. You will then know you have reached a frequency they can hear.
2 – Use the dog whistle with varying sequences to train your dog. For example, one long burst can mean “come”, while a series of short, staccato bursts might mean “sit”.
3、Keep your whistle commands consistent and your dog will always know what you expect of them. Your job is to condition your dog to respond, for example, at meal time, blow on the whistle before they get their food. It will only take a few times of doing this and your dog will react and you will have their utmost attention.

- Please understand you have to teach your dog the context of the whistle or it means nothing to them. Dogs (just like humans) constantly filter out the majority of noises they hear, so high pitched noises with no context/training mean nothing to them, so they ignore the sound as background noise..that’s the reason why people are able to live right next to railroad tracks and not go insane! The reason why people, and dogs, respond to their name is because they know what that “noise” means.
